OUR FEES

Fees are payable in cash or by cheque at the end of each session or by bank transfer in advance. A free Zoom trial is available on request.

Initial Consultation

£50per session

1 hour

We discuss what has brought you here and what we can do to help, including a brief description of how the brain works with particular emphasis on your problem. We will decide on how to proceed, how many sessions may be required and the frequency. You will also receive a CD or download link to take a way with you.

Therapy Sessions

£65per session

1 hour

Regular hypnotherapy sessions are comprised of approximately 50% talking and 50% trance. We use a combination of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy techniques, based on our discussion during the Initial Consultation, to help you to achieve the long-term changes you seek.

Smoking Cessation

£180per session

2 hours

This single, intensive session comprises a discussion as to why you smoke, what you do and don’t like about it before I give you an understanding of how the brain works in relation to smoking. This is followed by the trance session and you will also receive a relaxation CD or download link to take a way with you.

Individual Relaxation

£50per session

40 mins

Individual relaxation sessions consisting of guided meditation/trance.

Group Relaxation

£8per person

40 mins

Group relaxation sessions are the same as individual sessions but take place with groups of up to 7 people.

Corporate Session

£POA

Stress is a huge problem within the workplace. An understanding of how to combat stress at an individual and corporate level can help to reduce its’ impact. Individually tailored workshops are available.
