What is Hypnotherapy? 2017-12-10T13:56:20+00:00

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for the treatment of a wide range of problems, both physical and psychological. Hypnosis is a natural state, we all go into it everyday but tend to refer to it as daydreaming. It is a state of deep relaxation and focused attention which allows access to the subconscious mind. Brain scans on people in a hypnotic state have shown that brain wave activity is very similar to that shown during meditation.
