In our first session, I will take a detailed history and ask what it is you would like help with. We will then discuss you goal, what you would like to achieve, and how we may be able to work together to achieve your goals.
Subsequent sessions last 50 – 60 minutes and we use a combination of psychotherapy techniques and hypnotherapy to help you to achieve the long-lasting changes you are aiming for.
After a session you may feel uplifted, lighter and very relaxed. As we are working with your subconscious mind, change is often subtle, you may notice that you are feeling more positive. mind, and you may just notice a very positive shift in how you are feeling.
